Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReviewOps (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ReviewOps monitors public app store reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store, provides review browsing and analysis tools, and delivers notifications to destinations you configure (e.g. Slack webhooks). The Service is offered as a limited free tier and as paid subscriptions processed by our billing partner, Lemon Squeezy. Plan limits and included features are described on the pricing page.

ReviewOps is directed to and intended for customers in the United States. We do not offer or market the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, and we may restrict access from those regions. To the extent a resident of the EEA or UK nonetheless accesses the Service and applicable law applies, the relevant protections in our Privacy Policy apply.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the webhook URLs and connection settings you configure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service. Specific prohibited behaviors are enumerated in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. You authorize recurring charges at the plan’s stated cadence until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your organization’s billing page.

Paid plans start with a free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout, and the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription — and your payment method is charged — at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Refunds are handled at our discretion; if granted, your access to paid features is revoked immediately on refund processing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights as a data subject under applicable law including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated intellectual property are owned by ReviewOps. Review content retrieved from app stores remains the property of its respective authors and store operators; we process it only to provide notifications to you.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the account page. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVIEWOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and via a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Contact
