What does the free plan include?

The free plan monitors 1 app with 1 Slack connection and 1 team member. You can browse reviews and see analytics and trends. Real-time Slack notifications, report digests, and AI features (intelligence, sentiment, semantic search, translation) require a paid plan.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment method at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.

Do paid plans differ in features?

No — Monthly, Quarterly, and 6-Month are billing durations of the same plan. Every paid plan includes all features and the same generous limits: up to 100 apps, 100 Slack connections, and 50 team members. They differ only in billing period and price.

Do I need to be a Slack admin?

You need permission to create an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace (or a colleague who can create one for you). Our step-by-step guide takes about two minutes.

Can I monitor reviews from specific countries?

Yes. Each app configuration has a country list, so a team in Germany can watch the German store while another org monitors the same app's US reviews independently.

How do I cancel?
