Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes how you may and may not use ReviewOps. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not

  • Use review data to identify, contact, or harass individual reviewers, or harvest reviewer information for resale, spam, or any purpose unrelated to understanding app feedback.
  • Route notifications to destinations you do not own or control.
  • Use the Service to distribute malicious payloads, spam, phishing, or other abusive content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, subscription gates, quotas, or access controls.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission (see below for responsible disclosure).
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam, data protection, and export control regulations.

Rate limits and quotas

We apply rate limits and usage quotas to protect the Service from abuse. These are subject to change. We may ask high-volume users to upgrade to a higher plan or work with us on an appropriate usage pattern.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in ReviewOps, please disclose it responsibly by emailing [email protected]. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow good faith disclosure practices.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, rate limiting, account suspension, and termination. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
